50 Cent Disses All Politicians, Calls them Prositutes. You Believing the Act?
“No better than whores on the Vegas strip”

@50Cent
I’m not sure what to think about this new politically driven 50 Cent. I mean who does he think he is? Chuck D! ‘FIGHT THE POWER!’ I get it, he’s somehow become INSPIRED by his new venture Street Kings Energy Drink / Feed the Hungry kick he’s been on… A worthy cause no doubt but I’m not so sure I can buy the fact his focus has not shifted from going at the heads of Rappers to now corrupt politicians?
Peep 50′s rant on his new pulpit, his Facebook Page:
Politicians are corrupt. So many companies are corrupt and taking excessive profits in certain sectors. There are 1 billion plus people living in extreme poverty. You have no chance of hustling your way out of it.
How fucked up that we have evidence that the big Banks have been corrupt, yet our governments aren’t punishing those that have stolen from the pension funds.
Our Politicians are puppets for whoever pays them into office. That’s how fucked our system is. Their broken promises for change cant happen especially when the system is corrupt.
And children who need a meal go without because our politicians won’t stop thinking of themselves long enough or how to win the next election, too look around them and see how bad it is.
You aren’t helping Mr politician, things are getting worse here in the US, in Europe, Africa everywhere!
Im fuckn angry that Children are dying everyday.
There’s hard working people out there who do give a shit.
Problem is those with the power – government and big business, want this system to keep going. Its suits them
I don’t want to do business with these fuckers anymore. Do you?
If a company isn’t giving back, stop buying from them. Buy a pair of shoes from TOMS (who give another pair to someone in need), look for companies that aren’t paying lip service to community / charity we are more powerful than the big business and politicians realize……we have the power to stop buying their products, banking with them.
Your dollar, that you worked hard for, does have power.
Together we can say – WAKE UP A-HOLES! The game is over.
I want to shout out to Occupy Wall Street groups around the world. You are waking up the world, including me. Please keep up the peaceful protest, you are making a difference

I would tend to agree with him. Its a valid point. The problem is do I believe his newfound energy for politics? His doctrine isn’t all that far from what’s being chanted down on Wall Street. 50 knows his audience is struggling and trying to sympathize with them but it doesn’t sound genuine to me. I could be wrong. Maybe he should write an album dissing Obama, The GOP and the Tea Party I might fall in line, but I’m not convinced he’s got the energy to stick with his line of conviction over the long haul. He’ll likely lose focus.

I don’t know enough about him to know if he’s being honest, but what the heck, what he’s saying is true.
.
Heard a good line the other day…
.
‘when you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can always count on getting Paul’s vote’
At least he is spitting some real talk not like these auto-KKKoon rappers out now talking bout how they shine and riding around in 3 milly Lamboz,Benzoz and fuck’n Hollyweird hoes. 2 me dude fell off after his 1st cd that Get rich shit , now that he is rich he has seen his fan base vanish and he is doing all those “look at me, attention get’n stunts” he can 2 get back his base like any politician does.He does have a valid point but he is not say’n anything new but 4 a rapper nowadays that is revolutionary 2 talk beyond material Bullshit. Loooooooong Live!! Chuck D, AND P.E. Geto Boys and N.W.A with Ice Cube

There are two things that are going to kind ofconflict, as I usually do. I am always in conflict because I can see both sides of the fence.
.
One: Congress votes on their own raises. How fucking unfair is that? They have to the ONLY people in this country who have the ability to do that. Not only whether or not they recieve a raise but the amount.
.
Two: Is there anyone in congress who held a “normal” job pre-congress? Any auto mechanics? Any cab drivers? Any Busboys? I see most as being lawyers, high level businessmen, or any other profession that would require alot of education, at least a moderate amount of experience, and hopefully a certain amount of focus and dediction within that particular field. With that said, why shouldnt they make alot of money?
.
I think Congressional raises should be voted on by the people. Every year when we go to vote there should be two questions: should the three branches of service gets raises; YES or NO. And if yes how much; 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%, and let the people decide. And yes, I have totally faith in the people to be fair.
.
And I think to the victor goes the spoils. I can guarantee nobody wakes up from a lackluster past in their late 20′s, early 30′s and says “I’m going to be a high price lawyer” or “I’m going to be a congressman” or “I’m going to head IBM” and succeeds. These positions are worked on from a younger age.
.
Now everyone who puts their “best foot forward” may not plant it firmly on stable ground, they may and many will stumble and fall flat on their face. Just as you will have these “low input, high output” types who seemingly havent paid their dues to obtain their positions, but enjoy the spoils as if they did, well that’s life.
.
The conflict continues…..
Nobody here really thought that congress/senate members were “regular” people, right? they have always come from the rich elite or from the top echelon of the business sector…every once in a while, a “grassroots” candidate slips through and he/she either joins in on what the other ones are doing, or is rendered ineffective and is voted out next election…..It’s a Damn shame, but many still fill up their lungs with dirty air and shout out that only in America….really, America is disturbingly similar to so many other corrupt powers, past and present….it’s all F*cked up!

George Carlin was always on point! Thanks for the link. I just spent an hour going from one of his rants to another on youtube.
