If you read the news reports you’ll hear terms like “outrage” and “uproar” in response to a recently released photo of what appears to be an Albuquerque, New Mexico police officer still in uniform getting busy with a woman on the hood of a car.   No one is yet confirming that the man caught in the photo indeed is a police officer.

This is a travesty.  An absolute embarrassment to the men and women in uniform across America.  It undermines the authority of law enforcement and represents the waste in our tax dollars. <<< That was my politically correct response.

Here’s my real take on it:  Whoever it is, has some balls.  As a man with what I perceive to have a somewhat adventerous sexual spirit I know this probably ranks at the top of every officer’s bucket list.  Now I’m in no way condoning it but hey, if you’re going to go out…go out with a bang right?  If this indeed is is an officer he’s finished…clearly, but best believe he’ll be a legend in New Mexico and might even get a reality show off the strength of it the way things are going on TV these days.  Hell it worked for Kim Kardashian right?  Women will want to get with him and men will want to be him. Unfortunately for the woman however, this does the opposite for her reputation.  Societal norms dictate she’ll instead be viewed as a whore.

On the flip side being this plays out like some porno scene I wouldn’t be surprised if this wasn’t part of someone’s elaborate sexual fantasy.  The couple is getting it on in broad daylight and according to reports the photos were taken from security camera set up at the Santa Fe Canyon Ranch frequented by mad people where they could easily get caught.  The script writes more like two voyeurs than a favor from a woman stopped for speeding to avoid a ticket.
