Meet Clavens Charles. Last weekend his face met the fist of Cincinnati Bengals running back Cedric Benson. Drunken Roid’s rage aided bar fight right? Nope His is actually Benson’s (now ex) roommate.
According to the very, very reliable TMZ, Benson and his roomy starting scrapping after beef over the living arrangements in their Texas pad.
According to the police report, Benson continued to strike Charles “with several more closed fists all over Clavens face resulting in severe injury to his face” and sending him to the hospital.
The lockout isn’t over yet but something tells me Commish Roger Goodell has a principal’s office summons already drawn up for Benson to come in and chat. He’s gonna do some “time” for this one. The NFL Warden can’t let this slide.
