SOUND OFF: Should Bin Laden’s Son Be Able To SUE The U.S. For Wrongful Death?

Posted by Juan

No, I’m serious this cat wants to bring this case to a court.

#Osama #BinLaden
Since Osama bin Laden’s death, Many Americans have been celebrating while others (like me) have bunkered down bracing for imminent attack.  But one of Bin Laden’s children is poised to wage war in a different way, in the courtroom.

According to the UK’s Daily Mail, Omar bin Laden, wrote in a letter that the al Qaeda chief’s estate “reserved the right to take legal action in the United States and internationally to ‘determine the true fate of our vanished father’”  Additionally bin Laden-ito may plan to sue the U.S. for his father’s wrongful death and the “humiliation” it caused his family AND the disrespect of the muslim religion caused by his burial at sea.

I’m as “Fight the Power” Liberal as they come but this is a joke right? I don’t think there is a judge in America, hell the world that would even hear the argument against this let alone entertain any lawsuit.  Feel what you may about the possible role George Bush, America, the CIA, Mickey Mouse, whoever played in 9/11, when you’re a sworn “Enemy of the State” accused of killing thousands of innocent America civilians, although Muslim radicals would disagree, he’s lucky he wasn’t torn limb from limb and hung on the a flagpole at Ground Zero.  The way many Americans, wrong or right felt about this man he got, he got off easy and they’ll laugh you out the building if not worse if Bin Laden Jr. even thinks about bringing this to a court.

This is America, you can sue whoever you want. Winning and collecting is a different matter.
    .
If he wants to sue, fine; we can counter-sue for $3 Trillion for the damage he did.
    .
This will never make it to court. The son is mourning as best he can under the circumstances, so I won’t say that I’m glad UBL is fish bait.

  2. E.L.Diaz says:

Shiiiiit, if Johnny Cochran (RIP) was alive, he’d have a shot!

  3. 2NA$$TEE says:

  6. KrAzyChe3To says:

Are you serious?? This is laughable if this turns out to be an actual case, I bet it gets to jump to the front of the line (as in, doing it right now, not waiting and not months laters – you know, for REAL cases) and have it be all over the media, and skew the reporters to babble on over some other form of nonsense! Wrongful death??? C’mon now…
