SOUND OFF: What Do You Have To Say To the Lakers
If you had the opportunity to give the post game locker room speech what would you say?

If you’re like me the only opportunity you had to watch the Lakers game was in short glimpses on the restaurant bar screen while at an early dinner with Mom.
While I’m by no means a Lakers fan, quite the opposite, I was shocked, and dare I say disappointed in Kobe and the crew. I didn’t expect them to win the title and kind of happy they didn’t but they were good for the league and usually made for good TV at least good hating.
But this Los Angeles Lakers era died in Dallas on Sunday probably as quickly as it began a few years back in the Kobe sans Shaq time. Where was the will to win? Where was the heart? Was this not the most expensive roster in the league? Lets forget Kobe Bryant for a second. What happened to all the promise of budding superstar, Andrew Bynum, the Pau Gasol inside presence and the flexibility of Lamar Odom? No instead they went out like suckas with two out of the three getting thrown out of the clincher opting to self-induce an early exit with technical fouls.
But this is so like the Lakers. This isn’t the first time The Lakers flopped out like this. The 36 point final margin in Game 4 was just three shy of the final margin in their exit in 2008 but at least THAT series went six games.
I don’t know how you feel but this performance was so disgusting I feel strongly that David Stern should force them to rip down one of their back-to-back championship banners. Because anything they might have accomplished in the last two years was tarnished last night. So SOUND OFF: If you have a chance to give the speech in the locker room yesterday what would you say to the Lakers?

Bynum did exactly what he should of did, but only it should of happened in the first game of the series…

You win with class and you lose with class! WTF was that, Bynum, Lamar, Ron Ron? Resorting to cheap shots like that when you are getting your ass whooped on the court? Where is the pride? I thought you were better than that! I thought you guys were champions! (sniff, sniff, wipe my tears, Lol). Step down and walk out of the locker room without making any eye-contact…….what a bunch of heartless bums!

Yeah, but my 90′s Knicks (X-Man, Big Oak, Ewing, hell, even Starks) would have let them have it during the “natural” course of the game, not how Bynum did that “midget” guy (LMAO @ 2NA44TEE); he took him out like a safety de-cleating a receiver going over the middle. You just don’t do it like that in basketball.

Wow, I didn’t realize there were so many LAker Haters out there! I guess you have to hate on an organization that has 17 World Championships and your teams suck! I am a HUGE Laker fan more so a Phil Jackson fan was digging him in the Chi when the GOAT/MJ23 was balling with the Bulls 95-96 72-10 Bulls the Greatest Team ever, yea a Laker fan said it. These punk ass lakers quit during the last of the regular season, I saw the shit. They lost 2 some scrub ass teams so what does that make my Lakers? Hornets gave um all they could take in the 1st round and then 2 get swept by this wack ass Dallas Mavericks team really? Lakers had no answer 4 Dirtbag Neverwinski or Big ass head little body Jason Terry or that midget that was clowning the whole Laker frontline or Page 3 was hitting 3′z all day loooooooooong.Those cheap ass fouls were so high on the punk move list. I am a Kobe fan and an Lakers fan, more a Kobe fan, i went to see him when i was 7 play against rip hamilton for PA HS basketball state championship game… i’ve followed him from the lanky 8, to the dunk on your team 8, to the ball hog 8, to the more mature raise up and shoot 24…. I gotta say last night and the past performances by the Lakers are signs of a change is needed… Its sad how Phil, didn’t go the pick and roll, and how Gasol didn’t get benched, sad how bynum didn’t check dirk all game, sad that they just let Jason Terry get any shot he wanted… i don’t understand how champions lose that competitive hunger, how they take the back seat to a soft ass Dallas team… change is coming, starting with Gasol and a few other, the good thing is we got pieces, we can deal some great players to get more motivated and younger players on the roster….

yea thats what i’m saying Bean is only 32, but in basketball years he is old…. but his hunger none the less is still there, can’t say that about the laker nation, Gasol was in Spain that whole series… i understand 1 or 2 awful games, but he played 4 terrible terrible games…
All I would say is that they played like shit and got their ass handed to them. Not once, not twice, but 4 straight times in a row. And the cheap shots are just proof that you can’t handle a loss. No class at all.

Soft ass Dallas team? Wtf bro? Lol I gotta disagree with you there homie. Dallas ain’t soft, I’ll admit they aren’t as aggressive as other teams might be but they damn sure ain’t soft. Dallas is a shooting team and they fucking proved that shit yesterday and each game against the Lakers before. The Mavs proved that they ain’t no joke. The Lakers and their fans can talk all the shit they want. In the end, Dallas came out on top. Proved a point, and are still in the playoffs. I don’t give a shit if Kobe is your star player, he obviously can’t do it alone. Teamwork is needed and the Lakers lack that. I will say that I was satisfied with Kobe’s post conference interview. He wasn’t his usual cocky asshole self. He was respectful and almost humbled about getting knocked out of the playoffs. I was glad about that. I think its ok for players to be upset about losing but don’t bash on the winning team no matter who it is. That just shows hate and looking like a bitch. Congratulate and try again next year. And those dirty plays from Odom & Bynum, that was fucking horse shit. Bynum is a bitch nigga straight up. How the fuck you gonna do that to the shortest guy on the team?
