The King of Hip Hop Hooks

Its going to be a very busy start to the day in the Highbrid Headquarters so please pardon the dust. We’ll be back in the Afternoon. However, I actually rescheduled an early meeting just to make sure I had time to recognize the passing of the king of Hip Hop hook. About 2AM late last night while working on some documents I noticed my Twitter Feed updating far too often for that late of a time. When I looked over I was in shock to learn that Nathaniel D. Hale better known in the music industry as Nate Dogg, died Tuesday. The man known for his R&B style gangsta style hooks and distinctive voice from Long Beach, California was only 41. While cause of death is not known, Hale was rumored to have suffered two strokes, one in 2007 and another in 2008. He will most certainly be missed.

Now that is really so sad , this dude was an essential piece in this West Coast Hip Hop and Hip Hop in General . From the Jams like Deez Nuttz(The Chronic) “Aint No Fun” Doggy Style,to Regulate to “Hoez in Different area codes”to Next Episode on “Chronic 2001″ Nate Dogg had hooks 4 ur azz. U can hear his voice come thru . Hip Hop music in General lost a very talented person on Tues. May God Bless his Family and Friends.Kush would have been hella much better if Nate Dogg would have been on there . Like the Westside Connection said , “It aint a hit, unless Nate Dogg spit”.R.I.P Nate Dogg.

R.I.P. Big Homie! You will truly be missed but you’ll also be forever remembered in Hip Hop for all your contributions to classic songs! We’ll never forget you! God bless your family and all your friends. You will never be replaced.
