SOUND OFF: Fresh From Prison, Can Prodigy Regain His ‘Infamous’ Form

Posted by Juan

Some say P. was done before his sentence but did his time recharge the battery or has his time come and gone?

#Prodigy #Prison
Well its been a good month for Rappers turned inmates.  So far we’ve had Da Brat come home and now Prodigy aka Prisoner 08A1481 has been released from his former digs at the Mid-State Correctional Facility in upstate New York yesterday morning.  The Mobb Deep lyracist completed a three year bid on weapons charges and returns to the streets with a new look.  Life inside is very stressful and that hair will receed on a brother quick.  No shame in rocking the baldie P.

As you see in the video, a clearly revealed Prodigy is ready to hit the streets.  Its only be less than 24 hours since his released but I know M.O.B.B. fans will begin itching for a new project.  The question is can Prodigy regain the form of old?  Some say even before he got locked up that his skills had diminished and was a shell of his former self but perhaps the time inside has given him the ability to refocus?  If there was ever a criticism of P was that his rhymes lacked validity.  Some even accused him of fabricating many of the tales of “his lifetime in-between the paper’s lines.”  Three years in is nothing to sneeze at and with first hand accounts, maybe that will be enough to recharge his battery.  What do you think?  SOUND OFF: Can Prodigy Regain His “Infamous” Form?

Hell yeah he can make a comeback! He needs to get in the lab with Havoc and get back to that classic gutter street lyrical homicides that only the Mobb can bring! I’m happy dude is out, get right, stay on track, don’t fuck up and just do good music. I wonder if they’re still on G-Unit records though??
