Back-Up Dancer Robs Lil Wayne During Video Shoot. Caught By Laptop GPS
Ok I get it. So the rappers rob the fans and the dancers rob the rappers. Works for me.

@liltunechi
In the latest edition of “You Just Can’t Make This Up” Lil Wayne was robbed this weekend by a thief posing as one of his back-up-dancers while shooting his latest music video. According HipHopBlog.com, while working on set with artist Porcelain Black at Citrus College in Glendora, California, the thief swiped several valuable items from the set including a MacBook, a Louis Vuitton purse (yes it says a purse), a wallet and tickets to the weekend’s NBA All-Star game.
But while you’ve gotta give the thief an A for creativity he gets an D for intelligence. Police used the embedded GPS system that we should all know by now comes with MacBooks and many laptops these days to track it down. 20-year-old Marco Negrete was arrested and is being held on a $20,000 bail.
So let’s recap. What did we learn. Lil Wayne owns a purse and not only feels with us knowing that but comfortable enough leaving it around that his back up dancer skated out the back door with it. Secondly, we learned that if you’re gonna rob, leave the laptop behind…it’ll spell your demise.

Hell yeah!!! As a “tech geek”, as well as being from Crooklyn NY, I know not to ever, if I ever have to, steal laptops, cell phones, or any electronic devices, nor items that are too big to move on your own e.g. custom big ticket jewerly…. or you will be caught very quickly…. or how about this for a rule of thumb, if you had a hard time passing high school classes or you find day to day decisions difficult, you MAY lack the common sense/ intelligence to be a criminal….. just my opinion.
Man I would of taken the labtop. I am sure there was tons of valuable info on that. He was a dumb as should of copied the hard drive and trash the actual comp.
Steps if you are ever put in a situation to remove a laptop from its current owner.
1. Use gloves (Baseball gloves to not look suspicious and remove item (Laptop) from current owner.
2. Remove Battery. If Macbook Air Power down completely. if PC your an idiot for even stealing it. cause we all know PCs suck.
3. If you need to access comp. Go to a large park (Most parks have Wifi now and/or an area that is not your space. if it is a mac go to a mac store. trust me no one will ever know you have a stolen mac in a mac store. to busy…
4. Reinstall basic OS software and sell one month later.Do not sell in the 1st two weeks.
Well thank you Mr. Criminal…I mean GRIMES. LMAO!!! No offense bro, I had to throw that out there it was too funny when I read your comment. Like “here’s the proper way to avoid being caught”. I’ll keep that in mind if I ever decide to steal someone’s macbook.
Sounds like a school of hard knocks lesson.
AS I READ THIS ON THE TRAIN, SOME WHITE DORK JUST GOT BOTH HIS IPAD N MAC SNATCHED FRM HIM LMAO, DOPEFIEND CREPT, SNATCHED N BROKE!!!!!!!, WHITE DUDE NVR SAW IT COMING, ON LIL WAYNE, SHOUT OUT 2 HIS UGLY ASS 4 MAKIN LAUREN LONDON HIS BM, NICE!!!!!!!!!, IF UR SHIT HAS GPS, CROOKS, LEARN THE KNOWLEDGE B4 U SNATCH N SELL IT QUICK, LMAO, N SHOUT OUT 2 GRIMES 4 THE MAC LESSON LOL
what’s criminal is these cats that steal mac products they consider ‘designer electronics’ and have no clue how to use it. They’d sell your Mac Book pro that you paid 3G’s for like $500 bucks because they don’t know any better. What they should do is learn how to use Adobe and get a real job or something.
