I’m not shocking anyone when I say that all of these “go-hard” style thugged out rappers that claim they sell drugs and pop guns really never actually did any of that am I? I mean you all do know that Santa Claus aint real right? Ok now that that’s out of the way we can all agree that the only reason that Rick Ross continues to talk about pushing weight despite being exposed for his previous career in Corrections is because its entertaining, sounds good and sells records. Its all about monetizing entertainment value.
This kid Waka Flocka Flame is basically the epitome of that formula. He’s what happens when smoke and mirrors meets wax. Mr. Focka Flame has been entertaining his fans with the very violent images of his video “Bustin At Him” which depict him gun toting and bullet doding to the sounds of a southern beat. Today, the YouTube video is up over 2 Million hits.
But what happens when real life imitates that art? Mr. Flocka Flame found out yesterday when his tour bus was peppered with bullets in Charlotte, NC in much the same fashion as he depicts in the video. The only difference was instead of “bustin at em” Waka hit the deck reaching for his blanky and the baba (allegedly) as his security detail returned fire.

the industry is makin these dudes rap that b.s. more than half of em dont wanna do it. fads are a reason also. if u wanna walk around all tatted up, there are real street niccas that are gonna wanna find out what your tatts are about. i remember the times when rappers like kool g rap and big daddy kane wud wear suits but everyone knew not to f…k wit em. now its mean muggin, big as t-shirts, tattos,grills, etc……. its a price to pay 4 that so called shine!
Like they say, “Live by the gun, die by the gun”. If you claim to be a thug nigga (which I don’t believe) then the real street life will follow you wherever you go. This nigga is fake though, thats why he got his chain snatched and got a black eye. And he’s a wack rapper…no skills.
