Is Hip Hop The Perfect Breeding Ground For Freemasonry & the Illuminati?

What’s up Nation. During our conversation earlier this week about President Obama’s State of the Union, Dewayne made a comment that I’m guessing flew under the radar with many of you that I was hoping would spark a larger conversation. What he alluded to was the subtle use of what some believe was a masonic hand sign caught on camera during the speech. The practice of Freemasonry has a history in this country that goes back to the Framers. Many believe it was in these secret meetings where backroom deals were made to allow the colonies to break from England.
Throughout the generations, these organizations have gained had the power to “get things done”. Skull & Crossbones, even the Boule and Eastern Star organizations and Fraternity and Sororities were founded as similar secret societies to decreasingly less stringent forms. Leaks of practices conducted by Freemasonry has given rise to theories of even more sinister plots and the illuminati has become a major topic of mystery and conspiracy theorist over the years in regard to politics. As Hip Hop has increased in mainstream and even corporate influence, the cynics have suggested that the road to the top was paved with similar backroom handshakes giving rise to discussions of the illuminati.
With folks like Jay-Z focused squarly in at the center of such controversy of the New World Order and Occult. Viral videos have popped up as the enlightened attempt to decode subliminal messaging in lyrics, signs and historical events. Do I believe? Well I will say this, in almost every theory I believe there is some bit of truth its descovering what that truth is that proves challenging.
Recently, Jennifer Hudson‘s name has been floated around as having benefited from association with the satanic order. The former American Idol finalist however is speaking out against the rumors and rebuking and claim that her rise to fame was earned by anything other than hard work and talent.
“I’m so glad someone brought this Illuminati mess up because only a child of God would address it. That is the most ignorant thing I have ever heard in my life. And it’s offensive because basically what? The people that are here today don’t deserve to be where they are? What, we didn’t work for it? So I find-and I hate to go there-but I find it’s those that can’t make it that would probably join Illuminati, or whoever that is, to get somewhere.”
Speaking more broadly she says that those that believe in the Illuninati themselves identify with a certain profile to be cautious of.
“Don’t listen to that type of stuff, don’t follow that stuff because those people are only luring you in to become a part of some mess like that, so know that you’re only falling victim. That’s their way of gaining [followers]. I’d advise you to stay away from it. Those who are reading it are falling into it. It could not be more untrue.”
Call me a cynic but I am not conspiracy theorist. Like I said I think there some truth in every theory and some lie in every truth we’ve been told about an unbelievable event. That’s designed to “protect” us. While I think what Jennifer Hudson is true, if she were involved with such practices I wouldn’t expect to just come out and just confess. Plus those involved I would imagine would do just that, want people to think its a farse so they’ll stop investigating it right?
What I would advise the Nation to do is keep an open mind…an open mind on both accounts. Its important for us to understand what is being said about the Illuminati and judge for ourselves individually what we individually chose to believe. Just because someone says it doesn’t mean its true whether it was the government telling us Lee Harvey Oswald shot Kennedy or that Jay-Z is a devil worshiper.

I think the design is to find more proof. I’m not saying I support either way. I’m saying its important to keep an open mind. I’m not sure what the harm in that is. The risk of not doing so is far worse. Highbrid Nation’s tagline is “Knowledge is Power” the more you know or learn the more equipped you become. I find that, in my personal opinion, people who believe in this illuminati, secret society bullshit are attempting to vaguely rationalize the purpose and reasoning behind their own seen and unseen short comings by claiming those who are successful and powerful, by their standards, are part of some all governing, all seeing secret power. The one thing I will say is the power of influence is very strong among most people. I consider the Highbrid Nation to be comprised of intellectual free minded individuals that have the ability to think and make decisions based on rational thinking. Not everyone is capable of that. They follow blindly like sheep so its not impossible to believe that with a subliminal radio mention or constant promo in lyrics that the public will shift toward a trend blindly. You just have to have the power to influence the tastemakers.

While I, like dewayne, often question why not me, and why them, why this, why that, but after researching each particular case I usually see why. Some of it is luck(bad or good), some of it is extreme measures, in the realm of entertainment alot of it is some form of nepotism, some of it is hard work. Personally I am one who claims, I’ll see if I feel the same if the day comes, that I dont need nor want alot of money, say over a couple of million. I want to earn enough to purchase a certain property of of my choosing, send my kids to proper schools, and when the time comes stop working with enough tosustain myself. Oh, believe me dewayne, I am one of the biggest skeptics you may ever run across…. my beliefs run paper thin…. I continually ask myself and others one simple question, how does this effect me today?….I think life in general is what you make of it…. and life is filled with obivious road blocks, and last thing I need is to start building my own….. with that I’m with you, may anything and anything that gets in the way of you and your positive pursuits fail HARD.

Freemasonry has nothing to with the devil or any bs like that, it’s pretty easy to learn about freemasonry, there are Masonic chapels all over the world and you can visit the majority of them. Much of this “anti-freemasonry” debate began because of the Catholic church, they persecuted the Illumanati and Freemasons back in the day, during the spanish inquisition people were tortured and killed by the church. @Dewayne…I’m late on this convo. I saw one of those videos against the illuminati its circling amongst my circle and they make a lot of valid points. I’m with Juan. I believe half of what I here and most of what I know. Meaning I do think there is some truth to this…but only some. I do agree with the part you said Dewayne about hitting a certain status financially then next thing you know you’re targeted. I know someone who is a mason(not gonna go into who and what’s) and at some point he was a hard working average joe. He loved his family and he did his job, but despite his bad decisions he just kept rising. Decisions that would have otherwise caused him to lose everything. Now he is 46 and a VERY wealthy man and is retired…46. He moved up that ladder mighty fast for the job he had and his bank account is sitting lovely(and yes I have seen the bank statements). Basically knowing him and what he did for play and work there is no way he could sitting on millions and retired at 46. The masons make me nervous and I would always hear them talk about weird shit. So yeah just off the too many coincidenses and the fact that I not only know masons but I know this one that has had “jay-z” success without the fame I would have to say there has to be SOME truth to it. And I hate to go here, but some of the things said about the illuminati stem from the bible. The ties to the rise of evil and the end of days. I have to hear about that all the time.
