AXE Body Spray Drops T.I.
Let the T.I. Bandwagon exodus commence.

Its not a surprise. Its actually a recipie if you think about it. You start with a celebrity. Season him/her up with some jewels, a few cars, platinum plaques. Add a pinch of grammy, a few cups of endorsements, a sprinkle of success and viola you have a Hip Hop celebrity complete with a bad influencing entourage and budding drug habit.
Now you add a scandal to said recipe without fail you get all the aforementioned sponsors to jump ship to the next over-hyped celebrity hip hop star or athlete. The difference perhaps is we actually recycled T.I. and let him rock twice. Now he’s obviously gotten himself in plenty of trouble and the inevitable bandwagon exodus has commenced.
In a statement published today the company spokes man simply said:
“We will no longer feature T.I. in our promotional campaign”
Next up perhaps is his movie deal with Sony Screen Gems.

I will say this though: It is pretty fucked up that Lindsay Lohan avoids jailtime and only gets ordered back to rehab for coke but T.I. gets ordered to go back to jail. I just read on yahoo right now that the white girl gets lucky…AGAIN! Maybe TIP should have hired her lawyers?

This is an interesting hip hop music news story because despite Rap star T.I being dropped by Axe Body Spray I am sure that once he comes out of prison and gets his career back on track the big companies will once again be signing up for T.I once again as hes definitely one of the genuine rap superstars out there. T.I`s rap songs have been incredible. And T.I`s music videos have been amazing too and definitely some of the best hip hop music videos in the game. Lets hope that T.I comes out a changed man though and that he realises that hes a role model not just to his kids but to his young fans too.
