TV ONE’s ‘Life After’ Profiles Ron Artest

Last night, TV One‘s “Life After” series profiled the story of Ron Artest. The Queensbridge hoop star gave the cameras unprecedented access to his life beyond the court.
“There were a lot of things going on and I just was never interested much. Basketball was just so much more fun for me,” said Artest. “Queensbridge to me means youth. To me it’s just for kids. There’s no reason for me to ever go back, but I go back to support the kids. Make sure the kids are doing what they’re supposed to do. You don’t have to be a poor kid. You can be a rich kid. A kid is a kid.”
It was a pretty cool insight into the life and times of one of the NBA’s most interesting characters.

No 1 ever covers when an athelete does something positive 4 kids or a community etc.Trust me when a black athelete is in trouble they have a 27 part series on ESPN on Y today’s athelete and sports are in trouble. Yet when Big Ben was in a sexxxual assault SHIT…..uation u did not hear shit about it until after the matter was cleared up.Ron Artest made a “Dummy move” that night at Aubourne Hills but he has redeemed himself leanred from his mistakes and even won a championship ring in 2010 Go Lakers. No media is covering the positive bcuz it does not sell papers and get rating , so Ron Ron keep doing u and Rep’n QB , Hey Kevin Durant u may have to get n2 a drunking brawl at a Scrip Club in OKC or comment on how Racist it is in Ok.k.klan….homa B4 u 2 get some “MEDIA LUV”.
