Over this past weekend, a music festival in Illinois got a little rowdy.  Fans of the Insane Clown Posse didn’t take to well to the other performers who took to the stage and demonstrated their opinions by pelting them.  While it was funny when Tila Tequila was shooed off the stage in a shower of beer cans and stones it got a little outta hand when Method Man was struck in the dome while performing at the Gathering of the Juggalos alongside Redman. While he might go by the moniker “The Iron Lung” apparently he needed an iron grill because he was left bloodied.

The video above below was apparently shot just moments after the incident. Redman cursed out the drunk  crowd and told Meth “Your face is cut, go take care of that.”  A consummate professional,  Meth wasn’t going to let the haters win.  He waved off the trainer and yelled “Start the music, we’re continuing the show. Let’s f— these motherf—ers up!”

While he might have took the high road on stage, Method Man is still Wu Tang and as we know “Wu Tang Clan Aint Nothing to Fuck With.”  He is reportedly planning to sue the “motherfuckers” who responsible for the gash.

“It’s not OK …. I don’t condone throwing things at the talent while they’re performing,” he told TMZ.   It takes a lot of heart and balls to continue performing after you’ve been hit in the face” and noted that continuing his show was the “right thing to do.”

My question is would you have exercised the same restraint?  If you were Meth what would you have done?  Would you have cut the performance short?  Or maybe you would have launched into the crowd and taken justice into your own hands.  SOUND OFF!
