Snoop’s appearance along with his wife Shanté Broadus and 11-year-old daughter Cori Broadus on Thursday, August 5, 2010 was to discuss young Cori being striken with Lupus, a chronic auto-immune disease that attacks the body’s cells and tissues. They hoped to raise awareness for the disease which is nine times more likely to strike women of color between the ages of 15-50.
