‘Retired’ Floyd Mayweather Launches FREE Boxing Camp For Disadvantaged Youth
Trades Boxing Gloves For Yellow Camp Councilor Shirt

@FloydMayweather #summercamp
If you believe that Floyd Mayweather’s retirement is a permanent one, I’ve got a bridge I want to sell to you. None the less the boxer is looking to start giving back. Starting Monday, The Mayweather Boxing Club will be hosting free summer camp to introduce kids from rough upbringings to the art of boxing.
For six intense weeks kids age 5-18 will learn from the best as they train their cardiovascular system, shadow boxing, and work on the bags.
“Giving back to this community and providing opportunities for youth to stay active and gain new skills is very important to me,” said Mayweather. “The Mayweather Boxing Club Summer Camp is a chance for these kids to learn the fundamentals of boxing, as well as the important life lessons that come with participation in sports.”
Sessions are being held 9 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and grant kids access to the best equipment, trainers and experience corporate sponsorship can buy. If you got a bad ass kid and live in the Las Vegas area, or anywhere near, you might want to send em to Floyd to learn some discipline. Forget that boot camp, you see what Floyd did to Shane Mosely? Trust me he’ll work wonders with your kids. For more information, visit www.tfmjf.org.
