Lakers Squeak Pass Suns
Epic Playoff Game
WOW WHAT A GAME! If you missed this one you missed the best game of the 2010 NBA Playoffs. With the Lakers controlling the game for 3 quarters Kobe on the verge of a triple double and Phoenix down by 18, two time NBA MVP Steve Nash goes on a tear to set up a Jason Richardson bank 3 point shot w/about 3.5 seconds left to tie the game. Me You and everyone in the Staples Center knew that Kobe was going to take the last shot, to try and hit his 7th game winning shot for the season first in the playoffs. What we didn’t see is Ron Artest lurking around the basket for the put back as time expired to give the Lakers the win and put them ahead in the series 3-2. What makes this a more spectacular story of redemption is that w/one minute left Artest took an ill advised three as opposed to running the clock down off an offensive rebound after just missing his previous shot. When Richardson hit the bank 3 it looked as if Artest’s lapse in judgment had cost he’s team the game and the series lead. Then in a Split second the Queens-bridge native went from zero to hero. I damn near wore out the replay button on my DVR watching the play over and over, I love the playoffs how bout U? (Game Blouses!)
Follow me cause I said so @4pl
