I’m Back Nation Are You With Me?

Posted by Juan

Pardon my absence.

What’s up Nation,

Please accept my apologies for my breif absence this week.  The Highbrid Outdoor (Sister Company to Highbrid Nation) Executive team was in Atlanta for the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference and Expo.  As always it was an absolutely awesome experience. If you are following me on Twitter (@SkeeStylus) you would have seen that @VPGutzmore and I were sharing updates live from the conference.  1300 succesful Black Entrepreneurs all together sharing ideas and building relationships.  That’s a scary thought for some.

We met a lot of new contacts, learned a lot about the black business world and even networked with some folks that helped us strategize some ideas that we’ll be looking to impliment here on HighbridNation.com in response to your great feedback that you gave while I was gone.

So please pardon my absence but its time to get back on track and make this our Nation, your Nation the best Nation possible.

Juan

    Welcome Back!!

I subscribe to Black Enterprise, it’s a solid publication. If you want to learn about money management, stock portfolios, trending and emerging industries, young and minority entrepreneurs and franchising opportunities without feeling overwhelmed, Black Enterprise is the way to go.

Their money managing profiles are a little askew, to where they represent only a small portion of the current black community. And certain product showcasing seem to be a little glamourous, and slightly hippocritical in my personal option. But, I still read and try to understand, for the future.

It’s good to know what the people with money is doing to gain and maintain their wealth, outside the realm of rapping and dribbling a ball,… you know?

You can’t argue with it. Its a very solid plan. Its not the easiest to execute however. But the results are proven.
