Jay-Z & Eminem Swing For The Fences W ‘Home & Home’ Performances
But is Jigga secretly courting Eminem for Live Nation for a similar mega deal like his?

Last October, as HIS hometown Yankees (not mine, I’m a Mets fan) were steamrolling in the World Series, Jay-Z and the gorgeous but pregnant Alicia Keys performed an unprecedented and inspiring rendition of their duet, “Empire State of Mind”. So what does Jay-Z do as a follow up? Of course, enlist the help of the artist of the Decade in Eminem and expand the do it again this time as a home and home.Recognized as two of hip-hop’s biggest names and perhaps arguable among the games best ever, Jigga and Em attended last night’s (Wednesday) Yankees/ Tigers game at Comerica Park in Eminem’s home town to announce they’d be returning together to play at there on September 2 and then returning the favor a week later at the new Yankees’ ballpark on Sept. 13. The concerts will be produced by Jay-Z’s partner, Live Nation.
The two have collaborated before on the track “Renegade” which Eminem also produced and some say murdered Jay with his lyrics despite it being recorded for Hov’s “Blueprint” album. I don’t believe anyone has mentioned this yet but this could be a courtship by Jay on behalf of Live Nation. With Jigga already establishing a precedent with his mega deal to launch Roc Nation it wouldn’t be far fetched to believe Live Nation has their eye on signing the artist when his contract with Interscope.
Uniting the mega stars of the Hip Hop Nation?? Sure. Y not?!
