Guru Fan Launches Blog To Document Solar’s Downfall

Posted by Mike "Evorgleb" Belgrove

Solar may be the most hated man on the planet right now.

We’ve covered the story of Solar and Guru’s relationship around the time of Guru’s death on HN. Discussing the situation stirs up quite a bit of emotion in fans. One fan has been so moved by the suspicious actions of Solar that he has launched a site dedicated to documenting the news as it relates to Solar after Guru’s passing with a mission see that Solar eventually lands in jail for how he treated Guru. The website is fittingly called F*** Solar.

We started this website because we believe that there is one place for “Superproducer” Solar, and that is jail. We are not going to sleep, rest or eat till Guru gets the proper respect he deserves. Solar is tarnishing Guru’s legacy, and we ain’t going to let that happen! Solar, you better start praying, because we are going to follow every step you make.

Why we are doing this? For the love of hiphop, for the great music he blessed us with…..But most of all, for Guru.

We are ready for war. Are you?

What are the chances that Solar ends up in jail behind anything he’s done in relation to Guru? Slim to none though it’s possible we may see some sort of civil suit. I kinda get the impression the F*** Solar would like to see the guy locked up no matter what the charges are.

It seems like there really isn’t anyone who understand where Solar is coming from. No one in the industry or amongst fans feel Solar had Guru’s best interests in mind. If that indeed is the case then why did Guru have Solar as a partner over so many years? For however evil Solar may be doesn’t the fact that Guru saw him as friend deserve some sort of respect? Guru was a grown man in his 40′s who was more than capable of walking away from a friendship or business deal if it was a toxic situation. Yet he stayed. So is it really the place of fans to come down so hard on Solar? As fans do we respect the fact that they were close or do we yell F*** Solar for as long as people are willing to listen?

It’s obvious what one blogger has chosen to do.

I think we’d normally chalk this one up to another rap beef but this is different because someone died and not just any someone. We’ll never know the true story and that perhaps is what hurts fans and family members alike so much. Rest In Peace Guru.

i don’t really know if everything people are saying is true or not, i mean people could be trying to get fame off of Guru and Solar or they could be trying to expose the truth I’m not 100% sure, however i agree with Mike that Guru was a grown man who could walk out of a bad friendship if necessary, so it makes sense to say maybe Guru knew what he was doing and leave it at that but like Juan said we will never know the true story.
