Guru Now In Stable Condition, Diagnosed With Anoxia, a Condition Affecting His Lungs
We’re still keeping him in our prayers
We have finally received some good news regarding the health of hip hop legend, Guru. According to his publicist he is no longer in a coma and his condition has been upgraded to stable. It also appears doctors have been able to ascertain what may have caused the heart attack after issuing a diagnosis of Anoxia. Anoxia is described as condition that affects one’s oxygen supply to tissue and in Guru’s case affects his lungs as a result of his long history with Astma.
Currently there is no word on when or if there are plans for Guru to be discharged from the hospital. Guru’s partner Solar said the rapper has been reading letters, emails and tweets from fans and is enjoying the support.
“The outpouring of love from around the world has been tremendous,” Solar said. “I’m reading some of the best e-mails, texts and Twitters that come in and Guru enjoys them. I think that’s what has been helping his recovery and what’s got him in there fighting.”
In a saga dominated by misinformation and drama, its good to see my man Guru looks to be getting better.
