NO B.S.: Serena Williams Moonlights As a Nail Tech

Posted by Juan

To expand her knowlege in fashion and beauty Australian Tennis Champ seeks Nail Certification

Serena Williams

Celebrity Fat Back Award Champion, Serena Williams has traded in her tennis racket for a nail cuticle kit.  Less than a month removed from glory at the Australian Open, Serena Williams is in cosmetology school?  Yep, the same kind of cheesy trade schools you see on Television when you’re home sick and watching daytime TV.  Yeah that one right next to the personal injury attorney spot.

We’ve all known that Serena’s true passion lies in fashion while her gifts that were cultivated at an early age are in tennis.  In effort to expand into all areas of fashion and beauty she’s seeking to become a nail tech and recently blogged about her experience first day of class at Global Grind.com.

“No one likes getting their nails done more than I do.  As a matter of fact I go every 4 days to get a manicure and every 7 days for a pedicure. So, I had a brilliant idea to get certified to be a nail tech.

Serena is scheduled to drop a new nail collection in collaboration with a beauty company called HairTech.

“I thought “Serena this is a no brainer.  Immediately after I came home from the Australian Open I researched some schools and enrolled in a course that allowed me to complete 240 hours (that’s what u have to do to get certified at least in fla) at my own pace. Two hundred and forty hours may seem like a lot, but I intend on completing it within the year. It normally takes 6 weeks!!!”

So how does the fat back look in those mandatory school uniforms?

“Not only do I plan on being the top student to graduate from my nail school, but I also intend on being the most fashionable!.  We have to wear blue scrubs. So I asked the administrator can I wear pink but she insisted on blue. I found the cutest blue scrub top (Grey’s Anatomy should take note) and super cute cargo pants!”

Fellas let the fantasies run wild.

That is a good look for her, she is thinking about her life after tennis, not a lot athletes do that, especially after winning the open… i’m impressed… plus her ass fat as all day…

  2. Emerson Diaz says:

This is why I love Serena: she is for real. She is humble and a real person. I am sure she will be alright after she retires from playing tennis competitively.

  3. Juan says:

Peep how she’s still got her Gatorade G though. True business woman.

  4. Stranger says:

I’m feeling this move. I can even see her opening a chain of nail places. Just wondering how often she gets her weave done. She needs to make her way out of the nail salon and into the beauty shop.

  5. Emerson Diaz says:

Yeah, well, that weave look GOOD from behind!!!

  6. macika says:

    OJT. nothing wrong with that!!

  7. TheBolB says:

Let me find out she look ok w/o make-up. I didn’t say without the weave….w/o make-up, lol

She goes from hitting a tenis ball to cleaning stinky ass feet…sounds real dumb to me but whatever floats her boat…she is prolly gonna open a high end nail shop in Compton or some shit watch…but thats easy money in her pocket…she might even open her own trade school for the Compton kids….ya know give back to the kids.
