Yo did yall catch this?  The New York Daily News had an article claiming that San Francisco 49er, Eric Green is being sued by a transgender New Yorker who alleges he forcibly sodomized him/ her and is seeking $10 million in damage.  You can’t make this stuff up.  First its the NBA’s Greg Oden’s nude photos making rounds on the net now this.

Angelina Mavilia has filed papers in a Florida federal court.  He/ She alleges that they met in a Scottsdale, Arizona casino while Green was playing for the Cardinals.  According to her after a night out they headed back to his Green’s condo where he assaulted him/her.

Court document indicate Mavilia was scared because Green became “extremely agitated and threatening.” After the incident he allegedly warned her saying “this never happened. You’d better not tell.”

The paper did however uncover that Mavilia also has another lawsuits pending against the State of New York claiming she was abused and dehumanized by NYPD after being arrested for trespassing in a Manhattan housing complex. In court docs, she says a female cop demanded that she take off her bra and panties, and then, peered at her genitals. After being jailed, Mavilia says she was ordered to strip again, before being placed into cell with a man.

“You’re not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman,” the paper reported the officer said according to court documents. “I can see your plastic surgery.”

You can’t make this stuff up can you.  Sometimes real life plays out so much better than theatrical comedy.  I’m going to have be cautious with believing Mavilia’s story given his/her prior history of crying wolf.  Sometimes when you play the victim one too many times you lose credibility.  Plus if NYPD and Green assaulted him/ her why were no criminal charges filed in either case.  Its all about the money and I’m not buying it but thanks for entertaining us in the meantime.
