79-Yr-Old Jewel Thief, Played by Halle Berry in Movie Strikes Again
Arrested after trying to cuff a $1300 Burberry Coat. Hey its Cold…Old Lady Needs a Coat
From the desk of “You Just Can’t Make This Stuff Up” we bring you Ms. Doris Payne. She is the venerated jewel theif that will be depicted by Halle Berry in the upcoming film “Who Is Doris Payne.” The beutiful Halle will play out Payne’s career of crime on the big screen. However, screenwriters might have to rewrite the ending as it appears the now 79 year old Payne is still at it.
According to EURWeb, she walked into Saks Fith Avenue and tried to break out with a $1300 Burberry coat. Being behind bars for extended bids combined with perhaps the early onset of dimensia, she neglected to remove the security sensors opting to simply cut the paper price tag instead.
I’m guessing the checks she was receiving for her bioflick either weren’t long enough or got her thirst back up for the excitement. Clearly the game has changed. What you can say is the’e the epitome of a “True Gangsta For Life.” No doubt. No word on charges…I say let her slide.
