Chris Brown’s VIBE 2.0 Cover Asks ‘Are You Still Down?’
Oh and they throw in Drake for good measure
Back when Uptown, Blackrock purchased VIBE from the grave back in August, rumors were floating that in effort to exhume the brand they would partner with an artist looking to do the same. That artist was the still very controversial Chris Brown. Although VIBE’s new business strategy is almost holistically focused online they are still planning to release less periodic print editions. In effort to relaunch the print version they’re hoping the buzz fire is still burning for Breezy.
Are you still down?
Oh and for some reason they decided to segment the buzz by issuing a second cover with Drake. One or the other fellas.

I don’t get it, Americans love this guy. In Canada he hasn’t blown up here as he has in the states. In Canada all we see is Jimmy in the wheelchair from Degrassi. It’s cool America, he’s all yours.
nah you can have him back.
Hell no I’m not down with Chris Brown. And its not because of the whole Rihanna thing its just that he annoys me. He’s still young and wants all this respect. I don’t care for this clown or his music.
As for Drake, when this dude first started coming onto the scene I didn’t care for him either. When the So Far Gone mixtape was released I was like “what is this sh&t?” I just skipped through it and heard a bunch of singing so I didn’t think I’d like the guy. Then during the summer or early August is when I took the time to really listen and give the guy a chance. And now I think he’s dope. I applaud you sir and can’t wait for your debut album to drop.
I haven’t read a Vibe magazine since high school. Chris Brown isn’t someone I listen to. His voice and speech need improvement.
.
I’m not a fan of Drake, but I listen to his music. I don’t make purchases though.
Chris Brown is alright. His music is for females under 25 or dudes who like girls under 25. You like what the girls you like, like ya dig. I think Drake is horrible. Is lyrics are weak, his rhyme scheme is inconsistant and line for line makes absolutly no sense what so ever. But thats only my personal opinion. Jungle, Canada can have him back, posthaste!!!
Are we still down…………for what??! Just what are they asking me? Us?!
