Spike Lee & Antoine Fuqua To Make a Movie about a Pimp & Hoe Turned Assassins
NOW THIS IS A MOVIE I WANT TO SEE!!!
Get this I just got word that my fellow West Virginia University alumni, Antoine Fuqua who directed Training Day and Spike Lee have joined forces for what I think will be an unbelievable film. The project is said to be a big screen adaptation of the graphic novel “Miss: Better Living Through Crime.”
Vigilante Entertainment will write the checks while Lee produces and Fuqua mans the directors chair. The story will follow Nola and Slim, two unlikely partners as killers for hire in the early 1900s in New York.
Nola is a poor white girl whose been working the corners since being expelled from an orphanage. Slim is a shady black pimp trying to fend off the reaper as long as he can.
NOW THAT’S A STORY LINE! I mean its like a juice up and more violent Hustle & Flow minus the wack lyrics, bad acting and Taraji P. Henson‘s constant crying. (Explain to me why she is crying in every movie?) Maybe they’ll even get Ice T and Coco to play the parts. The details are sketchy but keep it locked. I’m going to keep a close eye on this one for you.

Yeah, that oughta be a classic!
I say BS…Spike Lee rips Tyler Perry about how he portays black people and here he comes with this Pimp & Hoe Assassin shyt…C’Mon Son!
Great point. I think its more of a historical depiction however instead of a glorification.
sounds like a gd concept for a movie. but the 1900s??! i dnt kno about that.
Heeey, what’s that on the side of her breastasses?! did she spring a leak?!
