As kids we used to play a game we called “dumb knowledge” where we’d test each other on trivia about the most obscure things like what was the butlers name in Different Strokes. You’d probably be very good at that.

Actually… they made a ‘made for TV’ movie based on this commercial (the first time I’ve ever seen a film based on a commercial.
.
How they could build a story around a kid being tossed a towel is anyone’s guess, but they did it just the same.
.
It was called ‘the steeler and the pittsburgh kid’; and the story (if I remember correct) had something to do with the kid being a stowaway on the team bus after being tossed the towel.
