Boyz II Men’s Shawn Stockman Misses Soul Train Awards Amid Swine Flu
H1N1 virus sidelines the R&B singer. Group will perform as a duo without him.
Boyz II Men’s Shawn Stockman has a case of the H1N1 virus aka Swine flu which has left him unable to accompany his group to Atlanta on Tuesday for a scheduled performance at the 2009 Soul Train Awards.
”We tour eight months out of the year, and we are always traveling around,” Nathan Morris said. “It’s hectic for us always being in airplanes and airports. He got sick, and it hit him pretty hard.”
Wanya and Nathan Morris are still planning to perform at the awards show as a duo, according to the group’s manager.
