Lloyd Calls Ciara A Bitch And The World Stops
How could he say such a thing?
Seems like every site I visited this morning was talking about what Lloyd said about Ciara when talking to Hip Hop Weekly. If you missed it, here it is…
“I don’t fuck with Hollywood bitches and she’s like one of the chicks that’s just changed along the way with the fame and the money and all of that. I don’t really get down with her anymore on some real shit. The truth hurts, but it will set you free. But I wish her all the best.”
Of course the thing everyone is making a big deal about is the fact that he referred to her as a “bitch”. The audacity of him! How disrespectful! Seriously, if that same quote would have came out of any rapper’s mouth, no one would have given it a second thought but since it’s a nice and sweet R&B singer everyone is making a lot of noise about it. Why doesn’t the world want to accept the new R&B gangstas?
Or maybe everyone is upset because it’s Ciara he is talking about. Who at times seems very humble and nice and at other times seems a little stuck up. Maybe fame has changed her a little bit.
In the end, it was completely inappropriate for Lloyd to call Ciara a bitch… though she probably is one.

She can be my bit$%
It’s completely inappropriate for a man to call any woman a bitch. A woman is not a dog. However, in the world that he lives in, it’s all good. It’s part of the culture. I hear it all day long, in every day conversations. Males routinely refer to females as bitches and it’s accepted by other males and by many females. So, what’s the big deal here? unless people are going to change the culture.
But if females say all men are dog, & we agree that we are, then that would make them bitches…j/k j/k lol. I see where you comin from.
-B.
TheBolB you’re stupid lol. I harken back (I said harken) to the Jay-Z defense of the word nigga. He told Oprah that Hip Hop has taken the power out of the word by basically overusing it. I don’t think we should be accepting of the word but when used in the context we often hear it used in, it definately lacks the strength it used to.
he said bitches only cuz he couldn’t name all their names individually. so what? its just a pronoun….
He was upset and he called her a name. That’s what people do when they are upset sometimes, I’m not going to give special meaning to the word “bitch”. It’s not a big deal to me. Casually calling girls “bitches” doesn’t work for me, I’ve never used that word that way but using it when you are upset is what the word was invented for.
Who cares!
There are some things that you just don’t say, enen if you feel them. Everything that you feel inside shouldn’t come out of your mouth. PEACE!!!
True dat!
Me personaly, I don’t really care, I agree, that a LADY should be treated like a LADY..I agree! BUT, and this is just a example “If a chic, walked up to you and slapped the sh*t out at of you..right, what would be your first respone?…what “you dumb azz woman or lady..lol, hell nawl, it’s a time and place for everything, thats all I’m saying.
PS. You know there’s a little difference between a woman and lady. A women is a female..true, but a women who has self control, self respect and carries her self with class…that a LADY! -Church!

he didn’t personally refer to her as a bitch, he said “she’s like one of those chicks that just changed along the way” so really? what’s the big deal? the same way a woman is quick to call a man a bitch, men do it to. why point fingers at who’s wrong and who’s right. it’s only a word, owning up to the title that someone gives you is what really says something about your character. i’m just saying.
