Doug Williams Seeks to Become The John Madden of Black College Football Gaming
Black College Football Experience (BCFx): The Doug Williams Edition joins football with real time music gameplay
Today black owned Nerjyzed Entertainment, Inc. (pronounced “Energized”) released Black College Football Experience (BCFx): The Doug Williams Edition for the Xbox 360.
The game which bears the name of the former Grambling University star and Washington Redskins Superbowl MVP is positioned to be the John Madden franchise of Black College Football. It features real football game play as well as interactive halftime shows and head to head drumline competition that have become synonymous and in most cases more recognizable than Black College football games.
To honor the history of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their great football legends the game features a “Legacy Museum.”

yeah I think they’re on to something because Black College Football isn’t just about the game its about the experience and if they can capture that in the gameplay it could have legs. Even appeal to a female audience perhaps which Madden wasn’t ever able to or ever aimed to do.
Umm…you guys are kidding me right?
There is no way this horrible game is going to do well. Do you think people are going to pick this up over NCAA 2010? Using black teams in NCAA was just to make it a little more challenging when playing a scrub. Let’s be honest, you wouldn’t get this game. And how many people have their favorite college team as a black college team?
Yea…I see an ass load of Hampton fans hooting and hollering at the Hampton vs University of florida game. There will never be a game like that. Those HBCUs are academically sound (depends on the school..as with all schools) but athletics have been depleted because all of the good black players went to legit 1A teams.
