Kanye Appologizes After Taking Douchebaggery To A New Level At VMAs
Kanye blogs about what was going through his mind when he took the stage and how he feels about it all.
There is really no excuse for what Kanye West did. He gets way to hype about award shows and often makes himself look like a clown. Last night Kanye West took the stage as Taylor Swift was accepting her award to state that Beyonce should have won instead. Unlike the last time he pulled this same stunt, people didn’t just pause in shock, they instead booed Kanye like crazy and continued to boo him every time his name was mentioned throughout the rest of the show. Kayne was already gone though. Kanye was escorted out the building right after his stage run and made home in time to watch Beyonce give up her award speech time to let Taylor Swift give it another try. So how does Kanye feel about the boos and the disappointment fans have shown overall about him? Like this…
What a dummie. I think these award shows should just ban him after he does things like this. As obsessed as he is about awards I’m sure he’d get his act together real quick.
Kayne will be performing with Rihanna and Jay-Z on the debut of Jay Leno’s new show on NBC. It’ll be interesting to see what he has to say as we know he’ll be asked.

I’m getting sick of this ni^^a. Does he always have to voice his opinion? No one gives a damn about who you think should have won. If thats how you feel thats fine but keep it to yourself. Yes Beyonce had one of the best music videos ever. Everyone and their mama even made a spoof of it! BUT SHE DIDN’T WIN. LET IT GO. I could care less about Taylor Swift’s music but don’t disrespect her on live television. Can you imagine how she must have felt? She’s just a kid you idiot! That was wrong of Kanye and to be honest his apology was even more pathetic. He can shove that apology up his auto-tune singing a$$!

She is the one who won the award, whether he agreed or not. It’s not his place to go out there and voice his opinion in that manner, on stage, while the girl is accepting the award. He even embarrassed Beyonce, you noticed how she was looking? He could have blogged about it later, twitted, whatever. He was again trying to get some shine, when it wasn’t his turn.

Emerson’s right I think. This is a free country which grants free speech which means everyone is free to ridicule that dumb ass move. He had every opportunity to voice his opinions AFTER which would have been just as effective. In fact, given the fact he’s had problems with the selections before I’m sure the media would have been quick to ask im if he was cool with them.

Kanye is like school on Sunday….NO CLASS!!! I felt so bad for that girl, B.E.B is right, she’s just a kid. You could see the confusion and disappointment in her face when he took the mic from her. i saw the red carpet photos on yahoo and I was thinking the same thing. why would they even let him in knowing damn well he was drinking like a fish. we all know that artist may party before they go to these things but he had his bottle in hand. and his sloppy attire was evidence of his drunkeness. so considering that this is kanye his lushed out behavior is no suprise!! the fact is everyone is talking about it. it was all over facebook. i couldn’t see anything but comments on ‘ye. there is nothing wrong with him he’s just immature. like a child all attention is good attention whether its good or bad. what i would like to know is what did jay say to him when it was all over!

ca$h, the world doesn’t revolve around you, myself, Kanye, or anyone else for that matter. You might not think Taylor’s song was a greatest hit but my 7 yr old daughter would beg to differ. I’m just saying this dude should have had more respect for this girl. How would you feel if that was your daughter and this so called artist said that about her? I doubt you would be giving him any kind of props. Kanye music can not overshadow the ignorant a$$hole he’s become. He never fails to look like a jacka$$ at an award show. Someone in the Hip Hop community has to agree….

First of all I want to say that this has been a great debate from everyone. Excellent post Mike. Did you think there’d be so many comments? Second I agree 100% with Mike about his latest comment. Macika would you suggest that Beyonce, or T.I. not have won anything from MTV and just stick to BET? I think any artist would love to win a moonman just as much as they’d like to win any other award. Remember Kanye crying 2 years ago? “Give a black man a chance!” At least MTV is diverse in their categories. You can’t get that on BET. If its not black, its not BET worthy. Man don’t get me started on BET………

i wasn’t blaming the alcohol per se`. ye has given many other examples of this just being him, BUT that didn’t help at all. so if you know that he’s like that and you see the evidence of alcohol. thats like giving a crackhead a rock before they give a speech or something. it was dumb and expectant of ye. and irresponsible of MTV….my opinion
i havent heard it bc i make my own music. never listened to her. bc she isnt real important to me to listen to in the 1st place.
