MARKETING MATTERS: Print Ad for Mariah Carey’s New ‘Forever’ Signature Scent

Posted by Juan

Is it me or is something off about this picture?

Forever

Last week I told you that Mariah Carey has announced that she has once again teamed up with Elizabeth Arden to launch her THIRD signature scent for women called “Forever.”  Well today my west coast family over at Woooha got their hands on this new print ad from her upcoming ad campaign.

While we certainly commend Mrs Cannon on her hard work and success over the years I gotta question who approved this ad?  Maybe because its a sneak peak its not the final product but that doesn’t even look like Mariah.  She’s looking a little older and more masculine that I would expect (body excluded.) Could she have had plastic surgery?  Something’s just not right.  Thoughts?

Yeah its somthing up with that pic, her eyes look lop-sided and shit.

  2. skinnygirluver says:

Her left eye actually is smaller than her right eye. It’s the reason why she usually covers it up with her hair. That’s actually a legit thing. Ok..photoshop gone wrong…they made her neck longer, they made her shoulders smaller…her chest has no cleavage.

  3. kj says:

dont make a big deal out of nothin… no surgery. they just messed up with eye make up.
