Jay Leno Unwraps New Show With Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye Performance
Trio will perform “Run This Town” off Jigga’s upcoming “Blueprint 3″ album
By now we’re all familiar with NBC late night shake up where Jay Leno said he was leaving so the network promoted Conan O’Brien from Late Night to The Tonight Show and hired Jimmy Fallon who graciously brought The Roots with him. Well then Jay said he didn’t resign but the network didn’t feel it could renege on its promises to Conan and Jimmy so they created a whole new slot for Leno called the “The Jay Leno Show” which airs at 10 p.m. EST five nights a week.
He’s been off the air now for about a month but is set to make his debut in a new time slot and new digs on Mon., Sept. 14. I guess since Fallon already had The Roots, Leno had to top him for the debut show Jay-Z, Rihanna AND Kanye West will perform their new single “Run This Town” off Jay’s at that point freshly released “The Blueprint 3.”
I hate the song. Ri Ri’s voice is categorically annoying and hov’s verse is lame but to have the trio of Hip Hop’s royalty kick off your debut is not a bad look at all for Leno and certainly will help Jiggas album sales.
LOL… People actually think Rihanna can sing.
She’s getting sexier with age and her marketing and paper game is a bull market.
True. So she should stick to modeling and making appearance. She cannot dance. She cannot sing. But I do have to appreciate her beauty and the fact that she gets paid to be pretty. I can’t knock that hustle.

I kid myself thinking that talent matters these days. Just look the part of something (what ever something may be) and you too can have a paycheck and fame.
