50 Cent Slashes the Price of His Connecticut Mansion…AGAIN
Now at $10.9 Million from 18.5 million
As the housing market continues to spiral in to a fathomless abyss 50 Cent’s mansion sill remains up for sale. For over a year 50 has been trying to unload the property he purchased from the Mike Tyson estate in favor a more meager and manageable home. The 50,000-square-foot Connecticut mansion has 19 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms, a gym and a stipclub clearly too much for a man of 50′s stature. So in effort to entice the high end luxury home buyers market 50 has reportedly slashed the price AGAIN this time to $10.9 million.
While obviously not having success selling the property, I wouldn’t feel bad for the rapper. He originally copped the home for $4.1 million and dropped roughly $6 million in much needed renovations. So while he’s had to drop his price several times from the $18.5 million original tag, he’ll still be able to sell the property at a profit assuming he’s able to find a buyer with the current asking price.

Oh, good! I was gonna lowball him at 12 mil. This is even better! I’ll have my peeps get right on it! although I am looking for somthing with a few more bathrooms than 37! how can anyone live so cramped up?!
and only one nightclub? What’s the world coming to.
Why sell it?! Keep that sh#t.
Because it was a dumb-ass buy in the first place. Unless you’re running a bed and breakfast, and a strip club, that house is ridiculous! Just the upkeep and taxes on it must be off the charts! that’s why Mike went broke!
he lives there alone remember…his boys come over and mooch.
