Chappelle Tries an Impromptu Show in Downtown with Portable Amp
If Michael Jackson was any evidence, sometimes the most talented people have the tendency to be the most strange. Dave Chappelle throughout his career has certainly fallen into that category. Since abandoning his highly successful TV show in favor of a less public life, Chappelle comedy has become more and more of a rarity.
But recently Dave tried to organize and impromptu show in Downtown Portland, Oregon at 1 AM??? Perhaps to humor himself, perhaps to in some sort of way to see how strange it would be or still yet maybe just to see what would happen….4,000 people show up. Expecting a crowd of only 200, so arrives equipped simply with a small portable amplifier and microphone. The large crowd and I’m sure the police prevent him from doing any kind of routine but this is the kind of randomness we’ve come to expect from Dave.

Dave is talented but runs away from fame similar to Lauryn Hill,as opposed to Michael Jackson who ran towards it as fast as possible.
Yeah but its not which direction there running that makes them strange its the “running” that does.
