The Game The Latest Artist Rumored To Play B.A. Baracus in New A-Team Flick

Posted by Juan

I see why John Singleton bounced from the project. Too much drama

The Game

Although, the upcoming A-Team movie has yet to shoot a lick of film, news and rumors a many have been swirling on the net surrounding the casting of the Ridley & Tony Scott film.  Already Ice Cube, Tyrese and Common have all been tied to the role of B.A. Baracus at some point or another but it appears that now The Game might be the most likely candidate to play the part of the boisterous character.

According to BlackFilm.com, The Game has emerged as a front runner to assume the role originally played by Mr. T in the TV series.  The Game previously starred in “Street Kings” and “Waist Deep” playing an over the top drug dealing type in both flicks so the new role would be a slight break from that mold.

While there’s been no confirmation at this point, The Game, if indeed casted, would join Liam Neeson who will play John “Hannibal” Smith, and Bradley Cooper who will assume the part of Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck.

The Joe Carnahan directed film is tentatively slated to premier  June 11, 2010 from 20th Century Fox.

Lets be SERIOUS !!!! who REALLY wants to see an A-team movie anyways?!?!? The show won’t even all that good. I think thats one project that just needs to stay unfinished.

I agree the movie will probably be wack because it won’t do justice to the original but you’re bugging if you thought the A-Tem was subpar. As young boy in the 80’s there was nothing better.

AHhhhhhhh being an 80’s baby (literally) back then i was more into the action cartoon type of stuff.Transformers, Thunder Cats, that type a stuff. Ima 1982 born . . . A-team wasn’t really my thing.

I’m only a “few” years older and I was into the animated stuff but I had to watch that A-Team they way they retrofitted that ugly van for each mission.
