First Look: NBA Live 10 – Dwight Howard’s The New Cover Boy

D-12 covers the new edition of NBA Live; funny cuz Kobe got the cover of NBA 2K10

Here’s a first look at the new cover of NBA Live 10. The cover features arguably the best center in the league Dwight Howard (arguably because he missed them 2 free throws that could’ve sealed the game for the Magic last night but choked on a fat one, [ll] <– yes that is a pause). Dwight whose team is currently vying for a championship in the NBA Finals against Kobe Bryant who ironically is the cover boy for NBA Live 10′s competition in the B-Ball gaming market NBA 2K10.

NBA Live is set to drop in October just before the NBA’s `09-`10 season begins. Here’s is what Howards had to say about the getting the cover:

“It’s an honor to be named as the cover athlete for NBA Live 10,” Howard said in a company news release. “This year has been a crazy ride and this is a cool way to cap it off. Of course — there is one more thing I’m on the hunt for that would complete it.”

Kobe’s 2K10 Cover: 1 of these will be chosen as the official cover at a later date.
