Reckless C-Murder Shooting Video Surfaces
Damaging evidence causes the entertainer to plead “no contest” to attempted murder charges
Reckless! If I had to use one word to explain this video that’s the word I’d use. The footage above is taken from a security camera and presented as evidence against C-Murder (Brother of Master P) in his 2nd degree attempted murder rap.
The incident apparently stemmed from an altercation in which the entertainer felt he was disrespected by the bar owner and bouncer. The trail was scheduled for this week however after this video surfaced C-Murder took a plea of “no contest.” Prosecutors in the case are pursuing a 10-year mandatory sentence with credit for his time served on house arrest and in prison since being arrested in 2001 for the shooting. Sentencing is set for August 25th.
In a separate pending case the entertainer, born Corey Miller was handed a life sentence for second degree murder charges in which a 16 year old was killed in a brawl. His conviction was overturned on appeal in 2006 and a new trial was ordered. His retrial in that case is scheduled for August 3rd.
