Something tells me this isn’t going to get him off to a good start with Jets Fans
Mark Sanchez, the New York Jets rookie quarterback and great white hope for their franchise is getting a headstart on his ‘Broadway Joe’ impression as he’ll be featured in the June issue of GQ Magazine, modeling what’s claimed to be this summer’s ‘sexiest ’70s-inspired swimwear.’
I know Jets fans and I know them well. Something tells me this isn’t exactly the image they want from their Quarterback? Who is this guy a David Hasselhoff or a blue collar QB?

Aaahhh, Jets fans need to chill. This is a young guy, handsome, about to be filthy rich, doing a photoshoot with a sexy girl, in the offseason. This is not the ’60′s NFL. He is a celebrity. From all indications, he is a hard worker. I don’t hear anyone throwing stones at Tom Brady, the posterboy prettyboy QB (those superbowl rings may have something to do with that, tho). If he is a bust and still prancing around like he’s on Baywatch, then Jets fans will have something to boo about. I’m rooting for him.

As a Jets fan, I think he’s a little over rated but I hope he does good cuz defense can’t do it all. As long as he throws TD passes and doesn’t kiss himself in the mirror like A-Rod, he should fit right in.
