Lil Kim Called a ‘Tramp’ By Judge as She Gets Booted From DWTS

Posted by Juan

Despite an outstanding performance, crowd support did her in.

I had significantly lost a lot of respect for Lil Kim following her recent album flops and bitter comments about her portrayal in the Biggie bioflick.  However in a strange sort of way, competing on Dancing With The Stars somehow won her some brownie points back, at least in my mind.  While hip hop has little to do with ballroom dancing, deep down I gotta respect her versatility and recognize her work ethic especially considering how far she made it in the competition.

But last night her journey came to end.  The curvaceous 5 footer was eliminated from “Dancing With The Stars” despite consistently scoring high marks throughout the competition.  Although the entertainer faltered in her Monday night waltz, it was ultimately a lack of viewer support as voters played fan favorite electing to keep rodeo champ Ty Murray alive.

But perhaps most shocking was what took place at the judges table prior to her departure.  It was Judge Bruno Tonioli who brought us all back to earth with the comment “You tried to be a lady but you’re more comfortable being a tramp.”

.

Damn kid, tell her how you really feel.

Although its harsh, he speaks the mind of most Americans when they view a sassy black emcee with body on television.  She must be a slut right?! Oh, but he meant it in a nice way.  Now we all know why Kim was there in the first place; a fixture to try and hook some of the loyal hip hop audience.  When that didn’t work they probably fixed the results to include a more viewer friendly contestant ensuring the highest ratings as the show winds to the finale.  Good business practice though unethical.

So although Kim may not have been my favorite in recent years props to her for working hard and putting up with pigheaded Freudian slip comments like that.

I was watching this live when he said it, and almost dropped my dinner plate. He tried to clean it up but it was definitely disrespectful. I had been keeping my eye on kim for the whole competition you could tell she was trying real hard and focusing to win, but the judges and the audience wouldn’t let her out of the “raunchy hip hop diva box” they commented on it every week and you could see it would bother her. But at the end of the day she did an excellent job and put herself back in the forefronts of peoples minds, which is the ultimate goal of doing a show like DWTS.

Yeah she definately took herself out of the slippery D-List celebrity slope. I think she might springboard her career like Mel B. was able to.

Even though I don’t watch DWTS, when it heard that Lil’ Kim was going to be on it, I was hoping that she’d win. I thought that she was going to win, she lasted longer than I thought actually. I guess that jus’ shows that she can do something more than jus’ rap. PEACE!!!

How the hell can he possibly say something like this without some kind of backlash? I say, if I actually have any reason to not watch the show (like I ever did) – this is a great reason. No matter if you thought that comment, you should’ve definitely kept your mouth shut. My jaw literally dropped, while Kim just laughs it off – I don’t know what to say.

Yeah, I agree, and she handled it like a real lady, but she could have take it back to the hood on his b*tch and she would been in the right!
