VIRUS OF THE WEEK: Red House Promotes Racial Unity Through Furniture
Bizarre Commercial! sings jingle: “At the read house where white and black people buy furniture”
When it comes to the issue of race its been about as old a debate as the conflict over the holy land between Isreal and Palestine. Its complex and sticky. North Carolina’s Red House furniture attempts to break it down simple. BUY FURNITURE!
While I’d imagine talking race in the Carolinas is probably a lot more intense then my very liberal homestate of New York, the ad touches on a very sensitive topic in a humorous way on a low budget and even went viral in the process. Good work.
