Howard Stern Shows Us How Bad Of A Singer Beyonce Really Is (UPDATED)
Beyonce gets caught sounding like a cat being slaughtered
Fact is no one really sings live anymore. Even the ones who appear to be singing live are often lip syncing to a track that they previously recorded live but has went through the mixing process. So what appears to be a great performance is just them singing along with these prerecorded tracks with their mic set to not produce any sound for the audience. However these mics are still sending a feed to a mixer board. If you could hear that feed you would really hear how that singer really sounds.
Recently Howard Stern got a hold of a feed from Beyonce‘s mic from a “live” performance on the Today show last year. Needless to say, it doesn’t sound good. Click on the link below to hear for yourself but I’ll just say this. Had she tried out for Idol sounding like that she would have ended up on that early season clip show where they show all the idiots who try out and cant sing just so we can laugh at them.

In Beyonce’s defense, she was performing in front of a loud crowd outdoors so it was probably realy hard for her to hear her self to match tones.

UPDATE: Beyonce was on the Today show this morning (4/23) and said that even though she hasn’t heard the audio clip herself, she knows that it is a prank and from her understanding someone has already stepped forward and claimed responsibility. She says the person took the clip of her voice and altered it on their computer.
I’m yet to find any claim like that though. So what do you guys think? Is it real or fake? Personally I still believe it to be real just because I don’t think that she was truly even singing live that day.
What a damn shame. Shit is funny though
Isn’t that why they place monitors on stage? And lets not forget the ear piece that you can visually see in her right ear.

I am not one to defend Beyonce but I will have to come to her defense on this. That audio was skewed, it hit the net via youtube late last year. Someone took her actual vocal performance for TTS and did some reverbing and altering of her voice which makes her sound she was off.

I have seen Beyonce perform live a few times and the girl can sing there is no denying that. People don’t give her credit, but the things she can do with her vocals is something a lot of these artists who call themselves R&B singers could never do with the exception of Jennifer Hudson.
Professional vocalist & classically trained vocalist would disagree with your assessment of Beyonce’s voice. When I say professional, I don’t mean people with an album, I mean someone that has extensive training. Honestly I think most people don’t know how to rate vocalist. Although Paula Abdul for some reason is trying to show some of her knowledge lately on American Idol.

The problem is fans think these entertainers are like God’s and can never sound bad or do any wrong.They are worshiped more than they worship their own parents or family.IT IS HER.IT IS THE LIVE BOARD FEED THAT SHE WAS SINGING UNDER THE LIPSYNC.Others have done it too.
Ok I want everyone to stop acting surprised! Beyonce, like most popular singers now, is mediocre. She is not a good singer and this clip is not the first evidence of that. This is not a bad day! I love a Beyonce song like the next person but she is no Mariah, Teena Marie, Chaka Khan, Patti Labelle, or Aretha Franklin. Let’s not call the truth, hate. Hatin would be calling her ugly or saying she is not a star. Saying she is not a great singer is just TRUTH!
I love Beyonce and the shit was funny to me. Beyonce don’t have to prove herself. The girl has sung live numerous times while dancing and still sound good (The Beyonce Experience Live, BET Awards, etc…) People are just looking for something against Beyonce. The girl is BAD and I know she’s BAD because people continue to dislike her for no reason and that’s what they do when you’re BAD. Truth be told “NONE” of the artist out now or around Beyonce age can do what she so. She may not have a Jennifer Hudson voice but tell me who can work a stage like Beyonce (singing and dancing) while still sounding good. People Be 4Real! Janet is the QUEEN too but great singer she is not! Beyonce is a star and a great performer and she puts out a product that people like but I want people to know the difference between great singers and mediocre singers. Beyonce is the latter.
It’s hilarious to listen to but the fact is that lip-syncing is apart of performing on TV shows. I don’t see what the big deal is as far as judging her talent. She’s not singing live, she could do whatever during the track as long as her lips match the vocals. She CAN sing, she actually has sung live before on award shows that are properly set up for a live audio performance.
As someone who has recorded a few songs and has performed live let me say it is very very important to hear your own voice. This clip IS Beyonce and it is unaltered. However this is Beyonce singing without being able to hear her own voice. Singing without hearing yourself would be like being a blind baseball pitcher. You’d still be able to throw a ball but you wouldnt know where to put it. And thats what we have here, she doesn’t know where to put her notes because she doesn’t know where her voice already is.
Now with that said, she still isn’t that great of a singer, lol
Hey hubby, you know that this issue is a pet peeve of mine and I am mad you put this up on HN and then text me to look at. I am a Beyonce fan but I know good vocals when I hear it and I aint heard it from B. But I will blast Dangerously in Love and Single Ladies all day!

Beyonce is a great live singer, songwriter, and dancer, so she doesn’t need to prove herself. There’s live acoustic clips of her singing all over the place, so there’s no doubt she can sing in tune. But yeah, this tape is funny as hell
What i don’t understand is why beyonce is so hot; She’s so boring and plain Jane you could fall asleep. She lies about songs she has written when she knows ne-yo and others writes most of he stuff she has had the same hair style since she came into the game i ain’t hating but shes boring . She can sing a little i will give her that but its so many other singers out there who can blow beyonce into the pacific and they ain’t nearly as famous as her. ( Jennifer Hudson , Fantasia, Alica keys,Melonie felona , Monica ,Christina Aguliara ,Mariah Carey,Carrie Underwood ,Leona Lewis, Kelly Clarkson, Lauren Hill. Just Christina herself can put her to shame i wonder if Jay-z didn’t make crazy in love with her would she be that hot.
For starters she does not have the same hairystyle at all. Look at her over the years! Then look at Britney Spears or someone like her. Beyonce is famous cause she has an amazing voice and can dance at the same time. Can Christina Aguliara dance? Or Mariah Carrey? I dont think so. And she was made famous on her own in Destiny’s Child.
