Russell Simmons Introduces: Brave New Voices

Russell Simmons is introducing his next show on HBO. “Brave New Voices” takes “Def Poetry” to another level documenting the lives of several poets in different cities including NY and San Francisco, as they prepare for a national Poetry Slam competition. The series is narrated by Queen latifah and includes appearences by Stringer Bell a.k.a Idris Elba. Brave new Voices premieres on April 5th at 11pm on HBO.
