Blender Magazine To Be Retired
economic pitfalls
Alpha Media Group will stop publishing Blender magazine after the April issue.
The music and culture magazine, whose target audience consisted of young men, had a total paid and verified circulation of 912,739 and has been increasing steadily over the past few years.
“Blender has provided unmatched music coverage and entertainment news in its unique voice to a profoundly dedicated audience of music enthusiasts since 2001,” said Stephen Duggan, CEO of Alpha Media Group, in a statement. “However, given the reality of the current economic climate, we are unable to continue publication.”

They shouldn’t have said that 2Pac was overrated. Honestly, people really don’t buy magazines anymore especially with handheld phones that let you browse the web so easily. I look at pics and read online even on a bus train or cab.
True! maybe they should change it to a skin mag!…….hm………
