Business Matters: Knicks Debut Latin Night Jerseys, More Bucks!
smart move
Wed. night was Noche Latina or Latin night for the nation citizens who slept in spanish class. Joints are crisp. Standard NY Knick theme jeresys but with a twist. On the right front shoulder noche latina was stitched on the uni and instead of New York, the jerseys read Nueva York. I commend them, very smart. The Latin population is the fastest growing demo on this globe and many many will copp these immediately. Also for true Knick fans like myself, its a must copp cause we don’t have it. Nice way to spike revenue.
Interesting. Though I think its a bit weird. New York is probably one of the few teams that could pull this off since most cities names in Spanish would be the same as they are in English (some cites names are Spanish to begin with). Also, I think Indians are the fastest growing demo on Earth, though the Hispanic demo is certainly the fastest growing in the U.S.
I was at that game for a bit. I personally was not feeling the “latin” night. The food of choice was burritos and chimmichangas (sp). The undertone of it was not welcoming at all in my opinion. They played some hispanic music and had Kat Deluna (horrible performer) perform.
New York is a melting pot and honestly just honoring hispanics can rub people the wrong way, how are the going to honor other cultures? Their probably not, I don’t think it was thought through.
Burritos & Chimmichangas??? Did they hand out some Tums & Pepto too? Good thing this Knicks aint doin nuthin spectacular, cause I would feel like I missed something spending all that time in the bathroom.

Here ya go. India already has the second highest population on Earth and they are reproducing at a faster rate than the first (China, due to the laws in effect limiting the amount of children yu can have). Thus Indians are the fastest growing and no one is catching up anytime soon.
