Saturday Afternoon Jazz: The Dave Brubeck Quartet, “Take Five”

Hello Marcus, haven’t been able to catch many Saturdays lately, but I’m glad that I caught this one.
For me, “Take Five” epitomizes jazz. You just cannot find a better representation of musicianship, impromptu music, writing, etc. You are literally forced to listen at each instrument… Classic.
I play this quite often, it is my airport and travel staple… I become engulfed in sound and removed from the drama of travel. It just does something to you to listen to this tune.
