After Kobe’s 61pt Game in MSG Lebron Drops a Triple Double With 50 Points

Lebron: “Hey Kobe tell me How my Ass taste”

Earlier this week we spoke about “Dream Week” in Madison Square Garden. This week the Knicks were hosting the 3 top teams in the league.  As we all know by now “Dream Week” Turned into Nightmare on 33rd st when Kobe torched the Knicks for 61 Points in an MSG record. Well last night Freddy Kruger made his return to the Garden for Nightmare pt.2 only this time he was in the form of cyborg, Neo, man created in a petri dish in secret labratory , NBA Superstar Lebron James.

James proceeded to keep hell week going for the Knicks  by dropping a Triple Double on the Knicks. Only it wasn’t your typical 15-10-10 triple double. King James had a whopping 52 points 11 assists and 10 rebounds. Lets put this in perspective the final score of the game was 107-102, Lebron either scored or helped score at least 74 ofClevelands 107 points WOW! Lebron became the first player since the great Kareem Abdul Jabar to have a triple double with 50 points. He also became the first player since Jordan to have back to back 50 point games in MSG.

This performance on the heels of Kobe’s performance added high octane jet fuel to the firey debate of who the best player in the leaugue is right now, and also who’s this years MVP. I want to hear what the NATION has to say: Whats More Impressive 61 in a blowout win w/ 3 assists and no rebounds, or  52-10-11 in a close win? And at the Halfway point of the season who’s your NBA MVP Kobe or Lebron. (Game Blouses)!

Lost in all this is the fact that the achievement was on the BACK END of the back-to-back. Kobe had a few days off so he was fresher.
.
Lebron’s performance was far more majestic than Kobe’s. No rebounds? That means he set out to set the record. Bron Bron got his within the framwork of the momentum of the game and all in the effort to win.

Lebron is the best all around player there is no debate. I’m just glad he took the opportunity to prove it. A 50 point triple double…amazing.
