Trying to stir up interest in his upcoming Roc-A-Fella documentary, reveals what everybody already knows that one of the reason’s behind the Dame Dash/ Jay Z clash was Aaliyah. Choke tells Hip Hop Weekly, “Both Jay and Dame was involved with a certain R&B singer, who I’m not gonna say her name out of respect ’cause she ain’t around to defend herself, but I believe that was a part of the initial friction. I was seeing Jay with her back around 2000, then Dame… …was with her after. All you have to do is look at the movie they did, Death of a Dynasty. In the movie they were fighting over a model. In real life she was a model, but singing is what she was known for first.”
Damn, I thought I was the only one in her life, i’m torn.

Well lets call a spade a spade…if Aaliyah was still here, Queen Bey wouldn’t be around with Jay and probably wouldn’t be “THE” black R&B singer of today.
I think Bey would still be around and with Jay, cause Aaliyah was with Dame in the latter years.Dame and his wife Rachel would probably not have gotten married. In terms of careers Aaliyah would have effected, Ciara whose career would have tanked. Her style is very similar to Aaliyah and she had that market on smash.

I honestly believe that if Aaliyah was still alive we would have already had flying cars and most likely a cure for AIDS as her music inspired the world and motivated us to live our lives to the fullest and procreate responsibly. Beyonce probably would strip in clubs in Houston and the Roc and Dipset would have never broke up.
