Diddy Interviews Obama Four Years Ago
Amazing footage where Diddy calls for Obama to be Prez before he was even a senator
Juan sent me over this footage I’m assuming so that I may add some entertaining commentary to it but I honestly I don’t know if there is much I can add.
The footage is of Diddy interviewing Barack Obama four years ago. What makes the video so interesting is that the interview took place before Obama was even a senator and was pretty much a nobody and Diddy pretty much treats him as such. One would imagine if the same interview was to take place today Diddy would be speaking with a great deal more respect.
Another thing that I thought was interesting was at the end where Diddy makes fun of Obama sweating, Obama says something along the lines of “you have on a t-shirt. I bet if you had on one of those designer shirt you make, you’d be sweating too”. However Diddy is indeed wearing one of his designer shirts. He’s wearing the Sean John “Vote or Die” shirt which were produced around the time of the 2004 election.
Also Obama seemed to hesitate is saying Diddy’s name as if he wasn’t sure what the guys name was. He incorrectly said “Puff Daddy” when at the time it was “P. Diddy”.

He is looking at that shirt like does that say vote or DIE?!
I think Barack meant the suits and such of the Sean John line. Those “Vote Or Die” T’s do not count, yeah MADE by a designer brand. But those are along the lines of his “No Bitchassness” T’s or Jeezy’s “My President Is Black” T’s. Just regular shirts.

An not only cursing, but TAKE YA DAMN SUNGLASSES OFF INTERVIEW THAT MAN LIKE YOU DO CARE ABOUT WHAT HE’S SAYING!!!

Next thing you know he’ll start using this video as “proof” that he sparked the “Change” campaign idea too.
Yeah I noticed the name hesitation as well. Kind of like his hesitancy with the whole oath fiasco.
.
Its amazing how in a short 4 years the tables can turn. Diddy definately felt he was star in that equation and was disrespectful, cursing in the interview. Although he gets props for predicting big things for the President he looses the points by acting like a d*ck. Typical.
Naw I gotta disagree. You have to remember the context Barack wasn’t even an elected official at this time he was a candidate. So it’s not like he was cursing at the president. I think they connected and Diddy just felt comfortable enough to let a few curses fly, Barack was even dumbing down his speech after a while.
Diddy has always had the eye for talent!
