Balfour Pleads Not Guilty to Hudson Murders
As expected, Brother-in-Law of Jennifer Hudson enters a not-guilty plea
The brother-in-law of Academy Award Winner, Jennifer Hudson has pleaded not guilty to murdering three members of her family. In Chicago yesterday, William Balfour entered his plea at the Cook County Criminal Court.
Authorities believe Balfour committed the murders of Jennifer Hudson’s sister, Julia, their mother, brother and Julia Hudson’s 7-year-old son because he was angry about Julia dating another man.
No word on when hearings in the case may begin. Another very sad, sad chapter in this horrible tale.

What IF this man was actually innocent??? I have a feeling that, in some way, conspiracy is very nearby. I’m not passing any judgement or decision about it one way or the other. However, if, in fact, this man is innocent then how do YOU plead? Apologetic? On another note, the judicial system gives us the right to be innocent until PROVEN guilty. Even though it’s actually guilty until PROVEN innocent, let’s give William Balfour a chance to be PROVEN.
