Biggie’s “Other Ex” Charli Baltimore Speaks Out On Lil Kim And Faith Evans
Charlie throws her hat in the ring to make it a triple threat match over who was really B.I.G.’s girl.
Though it is hard for me to get excited about a movie by no name film makers which stars unknown actors, anyone has to admit a story about the Notorious B.I.G. is an interesting one. From his friendship with Sean Combs to his rivalry with Tupac there is serious material to work with. Yet, one of the most interesting storylines that Notorious takes on is Biggie’s love triangle with Faith Evans and Lil Kim. Seems like another ex, Charlie Baltimore, wants to clear things up about who Biggie truly had feelings for.
“Lil’ Kim wasn’t Biggie’s Girl. They just fucked,” she said. “Kim goes out of her way to say she was B.I.G.’s girl. No, Kim wasn’t his girl! Straight up, she wasn’t. She benefited from the situation because she became Lil’ Kim. She has a career and she’s grateful to a nigga for helping her in that aspect, but she was never his girl.”
“If you’re running around constantly saying it, you would think a person with half a brain would say,’That don’t sound right!’” she added. “That’s like Faith constantly walking around saying ‘Oh! I was B.I.G.’s wife!’ Like, we know you were his wife. You don’t have to say it 100,000 times. So, I don’t get into that.”
“Even though B.I.G. and [Faith] weren’t together, you know, he loved her. And that’s real talk. I mean he might have loved her, but that shit didn’t work out. I never disrespected her to the level of saying anything out of pocket. Kim, on the other hand, I don’t know what the hell she thought or maybe she’s delusional as to what B.I.G. and her had going on. I don’t know. I think the people who should discuss it should be his mother, his wife or maybe his best friends. So other than that, I don’t feel as though nobody should be running around here claiming all this shit on B.I.G. because B.I.G. didn’t really like none of them like that! So, that’s just my opinion [laughs].”
“I remember being at the funeral and Lil’ Kim fell out on the floor and I was just like, ‘Yo! What the fuck!’ Like, Faith was up there singing and she was very composed and very respectful. And here goes Lil’ Kim on the floor and she starts rolling around on the floor…I remember this girl Lil’ Kim walked up and damn near jumped in the casket!”
Sounds like Kim is really a headcase. Since Biggie is no longer around it is impossible to really get to the bottom of all this and it will always be a matter one person’s opinion versus another’s. If you ask me, if I had to bet on who mattered most to the man, I’d bet on the one he actually married.
On a side note, Charlie Baltimore has went on record as saying she is stepping away from rapping for a while to concentrate on raising her two daughters and keeping her head away from hair dye.

Out of all the names that came out of Charlie’s mouth she was the only one that didn’t have a spot in the NOTORIOUS movie…which means she didn’t have a big role in the life of BIG. Kim was there from the start she was B.I.G.’s homegirl part of his crew, shorty from around the way. Who he happened to have sex with, but u know how woman are she’s probably thinking “eventually I’ll be his wife, I’ll be his boo”. Plus he was making her career pop. What is she going to do when he starts effing other broads and marrying faith. Nothing Keep her mouth shut. Still thinking eventually he’ll come around. Plus on top of marrying faith BIG is knockin down other shorties left and right and Kim was right there. The one thing I don’t like about the whole thing is that they always make it about sex. Yeah B.I.G. might have been knockign it down sill but @ the end of the day what was really important to Biggie was more than that. But we just don’t know who mattered most. Im 50/50 with Charlie … people dont know that Charlie been around with BIG for years… instead of jumping on the hate train actually read stuff. Dream Hampton (One of Bigs close friends, and writer for Vibe) stated that if there was anyone mad about the situation with the movie was Charlie cus she had been with him the longest. I remember BIG being in Philly on South St all the time… cus he bought her a spot on South St.. if you from Philly you know that they aint cheap.
If you watched the movie they didnt touch on how Ms Wallace bathed Charlee and change her bandages… see the public dont hear about that…BIG had a whole new outlook … thats why he named his final album Life After Death…. the movie i think was one sided… I aint mad at Charlee… Philly know what time it is for real.
Truefully, I don’t think they would have had the time to show how BIG really felt about every female he was with but I was wonderin as well, why wasn’t Charli mentioned.Kim did look like a straight whore in the movie but who knows, he may have really had some feelins for her.
